All our cuttlefish is pot caught in season during April and May when they have fully grown. Pot or trap caught cuttlefish is an ethical way of harvesting this delicious fish that has very similar flavour and texture profile to squid.
We have accompanied the cuttlefish with a lightly spiced sauce. This tin is designed to be versatile.
All our tins are hand made in small batches & lovingly packed in Hackney, London.
A few ways to enjoy our cuttlefish besides indulging straight from the tin:
Add ginger, garlic and chilli to the sauce for an Asian flavour infusion. Enjoy with steamed rice.
Perfect tossed through pasta with Datternini tomatoes and fresh basil.
Simply topped on garlic rubbed toast with chopped parsley.
